Enabling NTFS RW access for user in Feisty Fawn

[There’s plenty of info about how to enable the ntfs-3g module [I call it a module, but others might disagree with that characterization, I guess driver is the better term] in Feisty Fawn. What I want to talk about is how to enable a single user to have those ntfs partitions, in a dual-boot scenario, as their own without the problem of anything on them or created on them becoming the property of the root user.]
